תקנות אלה לא יחולו על משכן הכנסת, בתי המשפט, בתי דין לעבודה, בתי הדין הדתיים ומוסדות חינוך המפורטים בסעיף 2 לצו בריאות העם (נגיף הקורונה החדש) (הגבלת פעילות מוסדות חינוך) (הוראת שעה), התש״ף–2020; תקנה 3 לא תחול על חברי הכנסת.
