1. הגדרות
בתקנות שעת חירום אלה –
”בית סוהר“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות בתי סוהר צבאיים;
”חדר משמר“ – חדר משמר צבאי כמשמעותו בחוק השיפוט הצבאי, התשט״ו–1955;
”כלוא“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות בתי סוהר צבאיים;
”תקנות בתי סוהר צבאיים“ – תקנות השיפוט הצבאי (בתי סוהר צבאיים), התשמ״ז–1987
