4. הארכת מועדים
תקופת תוקפה של ההודעה לא תבוא במניין הימים לעשיית דבר שבסדרי דין או בנוהג, שנקבעו בחיקוק או שקבע בית הדין, ובכלל זה מניין ימי תקופת עיכוב ההליכים בהתאם לחוק להסדר התדיינויות בסכסוכי משפחה (הוראת שעה), התשע״ה–2014, אלא אם כן קבע בית הדין אחרת בהחלטה, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
