6. תוקף
תוקפן של תקנות שעת חירום אלה לשלושה חודשים או עד למועד תחילתן של תקנות שיותקנו לעניין זה לפי סעיף 27 לחוק הדיינים, התשט״ו–1955, לפי המוקדם מביניהם.
