4. סייג לתחולה
הוראות תקנה 2(א) לעניין חישוב התקופה שבסעיף 119(א) לחוק התכנון והבנייה לא יחולו על תכנית שיום תחילתה לפי אותו סעיף חל בתקופה שמיום י״ט באדר התש״ף (15 במרס 2020) עד יום תחילתן של תקנות שעת חירום אלה.
