16. תחילה תחולה והוראת מעבר
תחילתן של תקנות אלה ביום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה), והן יחולו על תכנית עבודה שתוגש מיום התחילה ואילך, ואולם על תכנית עבודה שהוגשה לפי התקנות המתבטלות, וטרם אושרה לפני יום התחילה, ימשיכו לחול התקנות המתבטלות.
