2. הגשת תכנית עבודה לרשת חלוקה
תכנית עבודה לרשת חלוקה תוגש לרשות הרישוי בידי אחד מאלה:
(1)מדינת ישראל או מי שמונה מטעמה לצורך זה;
(2)בעל רישיון חלוקה;
(3)צרכן גז טבעי, לגבי מיתקן גז לצריכה.
