Section 13 of תקנות הביטוח הלאומי (הגשת תביעה לגמלה ואופן תשלומה), התשנ״ח–1998, תביעה לדמי אבטלה ועבודה מועדפת.
13. תביעה לדמי אבטלה ועבודה מועדפת
(א)לתביעה לדמי אבטלה יצורף אישור לשכת שירות התעסוקה, על מספר ימי האבטלה.
(ב)לתביעה למענק לפי סעיף 174 לחוק יצורפו כל אלה:
(1)אישור המעיד על תאריך השחרור משירות סדיר בצבא הגנה לישראל;
(2)המסמכים הדרושים לצורך בדיקת זכאות לדמי אבטלה;
(3)אישור מאת המעביד על תקופת עבודתו.
