16. תביעה להחזר על ידי מעביד
מעביד התובע החזר תגמולים לפי סעיף 280 לחוק, יצרף לתביעה אישור מטעם צבא הגנה לישראל על תקופת שירות מילואים של כל אחד מעובדיו ששילם לו תגמול לפי סעיף 276(א).
