5. סגירה וסימון מכל למילוי מי מעין
תיקון: תשנ״ג
לא ישווק אדם מי מעין אלא במכל סגור בסגירה הרמטית, הנושא עליו סימנים כמפורט להלן בלבד ורשאי הוא לסמן את פירוט המינרלים בסדר תכולה יורד במ״ג/ליטר:
(1)המלים ”מי מעין“;
(2)שם המעין ממנו ניטלו המים, ומיקומו הגיאוגרפי;
(3)סימונים אחרים הנדרשים לפי התקן;
(4)אם המים מכילים אחד או יותר מהמינרלים המפורטים בתוספת השלישית, בטור א׳, בשיעור העולה על הנקוב לצדו בטור ב׳ – הסימון המפורט לצדו בטור ג׳.
