נוסף מדור בקרה לפנקס המתנהל לפי חוק המהנדסים, או למרשם המתנהל לפי חוק ההנדסאים, יראו מי שהיה רשום בפנקס הבקרים לפי תקנה 2, כרשום במדור בקרה בפנקס המתנהל לפי חוק המהנדסים והאדריכלים או במרשם המתנהל לפי חוק ההנדסאים, לפי העניין.
