5. הגשת מפת עדות
(א)מפת העדות תיערך בקנה מידה של 1:500, או בקנה מידה אחר שהורה עליו המהנדס, ותיחתם ביד מודד מוסמך.
(ב)מפת העדות תוגש בקבצים דיגיטליים ובעותק מודפס; המהנדס רשאי לפטור מהגשת עותק מודפס.
