5א. בקשה להתליית היתר
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)בקשה להתליית היתר בערר לפי סעיף 158נז לחוק, תוגש במצורף לערר.
(ב)התבקשה התליית ההיתר כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי משיב בערר המפורט בתקנה 4(3), להגיש את תגובתו לבקשה בתוך 7 ימי עבודה מיום שהומצא לו הערר.
