13. פרוטוקול
תיקון: תשנ״ו
(א)פרוטוקול על מהלך הדיון בערר בפני המועצה ינוהל בידי יושב ראש המועצה או בידי מי שהסמיך לכך וייחתם ביד יושב ראש המועצה.
(ב)הערר, תשובת המשיבים והחלטות הועדה, יצורפו לפרוטוקול ויהוו חלק ממנו.
