20. דוח לרשות
חתם ידווח לרשות על כל דבר שהתגלה או התרחש אחרי מתן ההיתר לפרסום התשקיף ולפני גמר התקופה להגשת הזמנות, שידיעתו היתה מניעה את הרשות לא להתיר כלל את פרסום התשקיף או שלא להתירו אלא לאחר הכנסת שינויים מהותיים בטיוטת התשקיף כאמור בסעיף 25 לחוק, מיד לאחר שנודע לו הדבר.
