30. תחילה
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה, למעט התקנות המנויות בתקנת משנה (ב), בט״ו בתמוז התשס״ז (1 ביולי 2007) (להלן – יום התחילה).
(ב)תחילתן של תקנות 11 עד 15, למעט לענין תקנה 3 לתקנות אלה, תהיה ביום כ״ב בטבת התשס״ח (31 בדצמבר 2007), ואולם מיום התחילה ועד המועד האמור, ידווחו החתמים את הדוח השנתי בהתאם להוראות תקנות 14 עד 17 בתקנות הקודמות.
(ג)(בוטלה).
