5. ביטוח אחריות
חתם יבטח את אחריותו לפי פרק ה׳ לחוק, בביטוח שיחול כל עוד לא חלפו שבע שנים מתאריך התשקיף האחרון שעליו חתם; היקף הביטוח ותנאיו יהיו ברמה המספקת, לדעת דירקטוריון החתם, להבטחת מלוא אחריותו האמורה, בהתחשב בהיקף פעילותו.
