10. פעולות מיוחדות
סבר הבנק שיש מקום להסדרת הפעלתה הסדירה של מערכת המטבע בנסיבות מיוחדות, רשאי הבנק להוציא הוראה זמנית לתאגיד, הוראה מיוחדת, כפי שיראה הבנק לנכון; הוראה כאמור תיכנס לתוקף מיד עם הגיעה לידי התאגיד ותעמוד בתוקפה לתקופה קצובה כפי שיורה.
