6. תשובה לערר
תיקון: תשס״ז
(א)המשיבים יגישו את תשובותיהם לערר תוך 30 ימים מיום שקיבלו את הערר.
(ב)ועדה מקומית המשיבה לערר תמציא במצורף לתשובה גם את כל החומר הנוגע לערר, לרבות התכניות החלות, פרוטוקולים וחוות דעת שמאי והיא תמציא לעורר ולמשיבים האחרים העתקים מן החומר שעליו היא מסתמכת בתשובתה לערר.
