13. המצאת מסמכים
(א)יושב ראש ועדת הערר רשאי לדרוש מאת העורר או מאת המשיבה להמציא לועדת הערר, תוך המועד שיקבע, מסמכים או ידיעות נוספים הדרושים לדעתו לבירור הערר.
(ב)יושב ראש ועדת הערר רשאי לדרוש כי ידיעות נוספות כאמור יוגשו בתצהיר.
