16. ההחלטה
החלטת ועדת הערר תינתן תוך שלושים יום מעת סיום הדיון, תיערך בכתב ותיחתם בידי יושב ראש ועדת הערר, והעתק ממנה ישלח יושב ראש ועדת הערר בדואר רשום לעורר ולמשיבה.
