6. המצאת מסמכים
(א)עותק מהערר תעביר ועדת הערר למשיבה תוך עשרה ימים מיום קבלתו.
(ב)יושב ראש הועדה ימציא לועדת הערר ולעורר, תוך שלושים יום מקבלת עותק הערר, את התשובה לערר וימציא לועדת הערר פרטי הראיות שהוא מבקש להביא לפני ועדת הערר בעת הדיון בערר.
(ג)לפי בקשת יושב ראש ועדת הערר ותוך מועד שיקבע, תמציא המשיבה לועדת הערר כל חומר הדרוש לדיון בערר, לרבות תכניות, תשריטים ופרוטוקולים.
