1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”התוספת“ – התוספת השניה לחוק;
”הועדה“ – הועדה למימי חופין כמשמעותה בתוספת;
”ועדת הערר“ – ועדת ערר למימי חופין, כמשמעותה בסעיף 7 לתוספת;
”ערר“ – ערר בפני ועדת הערר המוגש לפי סעיף 6 לתוספת.
