13. פרוטוקול
(א)פרוטוקול על מהלך הדיון לפני ועדת הערר ינוהל בידי יושב ראש ועדת הערר או בידי מי שהסמיך לכך וייחתם ביד יושב ראש ועדת הערר.
(ב)הערר, תשובת המשיבים ומסמכים אחרים שקיבלה ועדת הערר והנוגעים לאותו דיון יצורפו לפרוטוקול ויהיו חלק ממנו.
