5. המצאת מסמכים
(א)עותק מהערר תעביר ועדת הערר למשיבים תוך עשרה ימים מיום קבלתו.
(ב)יושב ראש הועדה והמשיב השני ימציאו לועדת הערר ולעורר, תוך שלושים יום מקבלת עותק הערר, את התשובה לערר וימציאו לועדת הערר פרטי הראיות שהם מבקשים להביא לפני ועדת הערר בעת הדיון בערר.
(ג)לפי בקשת יושב ראש ועדת הערר ותוך מועד שקבע, ימציאו המשיבים לועדת הערר כל חומר הדרוש לדיון בערר, לרבות תכניות, תשריטים ופרוטוקולים.
