7. הדיון בערר בפני הצדדים
(א)העורר והמשיבים יוזמנו לדיון בערר והדיון יתקיים בפניהם.
(ב)הוזמנו הצדדים ואחד מהם לא התייצב, רשאית ועדת הערר לדון בערר שלא בפניו.
(ג)לא התייצבו שני הצדדים במועד שנקבע, רשאית ועדת הערר לדחות את הדיון למועד אחר, למחוק את הערר או לדחותו.
