5. הודעת החלטה
החלטת בית המשפט בבקשה תומצא לצדדים בדואר או בכל דרך אחרת שיורה ביתה משפט;
מועד ההמצאה ייחשב כיום קבלת ההחלטה, אלא אם כן קבע בית המשפט אחרת.
