14. פרוטוקול
(א)פרוטוקול על מהלך הדיון בפני ועדת הערר ינוהל על ידי יושב ראש ועדת הערר או על ידי מי שהסמיך לכך וייחתם ביד יושב ראש ועדת הערר.
(ב)הערר, תשובות המשיבים ומסמכים שקיבלה ועדת הערר והנוגעים לאותו דיון, יצורפו לפרוטוקול ויהוו חלק ממנו.
