1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ועדת ערר“ – ועדת ערר למיתקנים בטחוניים, כמשמעותה בסעיף 166(א) לחוק;
”ערר“ – ערר לפי סעיף 166 לחוק;
”המשיבה“ – הועדה למיתקנים בטחוניים שעל החלטתה הוגש הערר.
