9. המשך הדיון במקרה של קולות שקולים
(א)לא נתקבלה החלטה בערר בשל היות הקולות שקולים, לא ייערך המשך הדיון באותו ערר לפני תום 48 שעות.
(ב)הוראות תקנה 8 יחולו גם על המשך הדיון לפי תקנת משנה (א).
