1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הוראת שינוי“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 175 לחוק;
”זכאי להתנגד“ – בעל קרקע או בנין, או בעל זכות בהם, שהועדה הביאה לידיעתו את הדרישה להוראת שינוי;
”הועדה“ – הועדה למיתקנים בטחוניים, כמשמעותה בסעיף 160 לחוק.
