תיקון: תשנ״ו
הכרעת המוסד המכריע בהתנגדות תיערך בכתב, תיחתם ביד יושב ראש המוסד המכריע ותצורף לפרוטוקול הדיונים; העתק ממנה יומצא למתנגד, לועדה המחוזית, לועדה המקומית ולמגיש התכנית; אולם בהתנגדויות לתכנית מתאר מחוזית לא יהיה צורך להמציא העתק ההכרעה לועדה המקומית.
