5. חובת היוועצות בהתוויית ופריצת דרכים בגן לאומי או שמורת טבע
רשות רישוי מקומית ורשות רישוי מחוזית לא יאשרו מפה לפי תקנה 4, הכוללת התווייתה או פריצתה של דרך בנכס, אם הנכס מצוי באזור שיועד בתכנית מיתאר ארצית כגן לאומי או כשמורת טבע, בטרם התייעצה עם הרשות לשמירת הטבע והגנים הלאומיים.
