2. הגשת ערר
ערר יוגש בידי העורר למזכירות הוועדה, בכתב, בחמישה עותקים; מזכיר הוועדה או עובד מטעמו, יאשר, בכתב, את קבלת הערר; בכתב האישור יצוין תאריך ההגשה ומספר תיק הערר.
