1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשמ״ז
בתקנות אלה –
”המנהל“ – המנהל כהגדרתו בחוק מס שבח מקרקעין, התשכ״ג–1963, או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך;
”הרשימה“ – רשימת עסקאות של מכירת זכויות במקרקעין שבה מצויינים הגוש, החלקה, ותאריך העסקה, שתימצא בכל לשכה אזורית של מס שבח מקרקעין;
”שמאי“ – שמאי מקרקעין שנתבקש להכין שומה לצורך התוספת השלישית לחוק.
