2. תחליף מסירת הודעה
אם אי אפשר לקיים מסירה כאמור בתקנה 1, תהא המסירה כדין אם הוצגה ההודעה במקום בולט באחד המקומות האמורים או על הנכס שבו היא דנה או הוכנסה לתיבת דואר הנושאת את שמו של האדם שאליו היא מכוונת או פורסמה באחד העתונים הנפוצים בתחום הועדה המקומית.
