2. שמירת דינים וזכויות
אין בהוראות תקנות שעת חירום אלה כדי לגרוע מכל זכות או חובה המוטלות על מעסיק או על עובד לפי דין, הסכם קיבוצי או חוזה עבודה, אלא אם כן נאמר במפורש אחרת בתקנות שעת חירום אלה.
