11. אומדן
תיקון: תש״ן
(א)לפני תום המועד להגשת ההצעות יפקיד יושב־ראש הועדה או מי שהוא הסמיך בתיבת המכרזים האמורה בתקנה 14(א), אומדן מפורט של ההוצאות או ההכנסות הכרוכות בחוזה המוצע.
(ב)היה נושא המכרז חוזה להעברת מקרקעין, יפקיד יושב־ראש הועדה או מי שהוא הסמיך בתיבת המכרזים שומת מקרקעין שנערכה על ידי שמאי מקרקעין.
(ג)האומדן או שומת המקרקעין (להלן – האומדן) יופקדו בתיבת המכרזים לפני תום המועד להגשת מסמכי המכרז.
