19. התנהגות בשעת מבחן
(א)נבחן אינו רשאי לשאול שאלה בשעת המבחן, לשוחח עם נבחן או עם אדם אחר, לעיין בספר, במסמך, או ברשימה, או לעזוב את מקומו – אלא ברשות המפקח.
(ב)נבחן לא יעתיק שאלה או פרט אחר בגליון המבחן; בתום המבחן ימסור הנבחן למפקח את גליון המבחן וכן כל רישום או טיוטה אשר עשה בקשר למבחן; שום חומר בכתב לא יוצא ממקום עריכת המבחן.
(ג)נבחן חייב להישמע להוראות המפקח.
