21. הודעה לרשות המקומית
תיקון: תשפ״א
הוציא המפקח נבחן מחדר המבחנים, יודיע על כך בכתב לראש הרשות המקומית, וראש הרשות המקומית רשאי לפסול את הנבחן או לחייבו לעמוד במבחן נוסף, הכל כפי שייראה בעיניו לאור הנסיבות.
