31. סודיות דיונים
תיקון: תשפ״א
דיוני ועדת הבחינה, מסמכיה ומסקנותיה יישמרו בסוד ואין להביאם לידיעת אחרים אלא באישור ראש הרשות המקומית; ראש הרשות המקומית לא ייתן אישור למסירת מידע, כולו או חלקו כאמור, אלא אם כן אין איסור לפי הוראות כל דין על מסירתו.
