תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)ראה ראש הרשות המקומית צורך לערוך מבחנים, רשאי הוא לעשות כן ויחולו תקנות 10 עד 21.
(ב)למועמדים למשרה בדרגה גבוהה ייערכו מבחנים ויחולו תקנות 10 עד 21.
