21. טעות חשבונית בהצעה
נתגלתה טעות חשבונית בהצעה בעת הבדיקה בידי המומחה או בידי הועדה, תתוקן הטעות בידי יושב ראש הועדה על דעת הועדה, והתיקון יירשם בפרוטוקול; נתגלתה אי התאמה בין המחיר הכולל של מספר יחידות ובין מחיר של כל יחידה שצויין בהצעה, תתוקן אי התאמה בהסתמך על המחיר של כל יחידה.
