24. אומדן שווי ההתקשרות
(א)אומדן שווי ההתקשרות ייערך בידי גורם מקצועי שהוסמך לכך בידי ועדת המכרזים, וייחתם בידיו ובידי יושב ראש ועדת המכרזים.
(ב)אומדן שווי ההתקשרות ייערך ויופקד בתיבת המכרזים לפני המועד האחרון להגשת ההצעות במכרז ויישמר בתיבה עד לפתיחתה כאמור בתקנה 31; היה המכרז מכרז עם בחינה דו־שלבית, יופקד אומדן שווי ההתקשרות בתיבת המכרזים ויישמר בה עד לפתיחת הצעות המחיר.
