3. סייג לתחולת סעיף 1ד לחוק
הוראות סעיף 1ד לחוק לא יחולו על מעביד של עובד זר מומחה, בתנאי שהעובד מבוטח בביטוח רפואי בהיקף דומה לביטוח לפי צו עובדים זרים (איסור העסקה שלא כדין והבטחת תנאים הוגנים) (סל שירותי בריאות לעובד), התשס״א–2001.
