21.
(א)הנוסח שולב בפקודת מס הכנסה.
(ב)תחילתו של סעיף זה ביום ו׳ בטבת התשס״א (1 בינואר 2001).
(ג)על אף הוראות סעיף 11ב לפקודת מס הכנסה, כנוסחו ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, יחיד לא יהא זכאי לזיכוי ממס לפי הוראות הסעיף האמור בתקופה שמיום ו׳ בטבת התשס״א (1 בינואר 2001) עד יום תחילתו של חוק זה, ואם ניתן זיכוי כאמור – בטל הזיכוי.
