28. חוק העסקת עובדים על ידי קבלני כוח אדם (תיקון) – הוראה מיוחדת
על אף הוראות סעיף 6 לחוק המתקן, כנוסחו ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, כל תקופת העסקה של עובד קבלן כוח אדם, שהיתה לפני יום ח׳ בניסן תשס״א (1 באפריל 2001), לא תבוא במנין לענין הוראות סעיף 12א לחוק העסקת עובדים על ידי קבלני כוח אדם.
