10ו. מסמכי יסוד ואי־תחולה
תיקון: תשס״א, תשס״א־3
(א)אין בכוחם של מסמכי היסוד של אבנר כדי לגרוע מהוראות חוק זה.
(ב)הוראות חוק החברות הממשלתיות, התשל״ה–1975, לא יחולו על אבנר.
(ג)הוראות לפי סעיף 35 לחוק הפיקוח, לא יחולו על אבנר.
