תיקון: תש״ס
שר האוצר, לפי הצעת הרשות ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי בצו לקבוע כי אחריות כל מבטח תעלה על השיעור הקבוע בסעיף 4, ובלבד ששיעור חלוקת האחריות יהיה אחיד לכל המבטחים, וכן להקדים בצו מועד הקבוע בחוק זה.
