21. רחצה במבנה סגור ורחצת לילה
מחזיק בריכה לא יתיר רחצה בבריכת שחיה במבנה סגור ורחצה בשעות הלילה בבריכת שחיה, אלא אם כן בעל רישיון לביצוע עבודות חשמל לפי סעיף 6 לחוק החשמל, התשי״ד–1954, או מהנדס חשמל, אישר כי בריכת השחיה וסביבתה הקרובה מוארים באחידות בעצמה של 300 לוקס.
